I have Remy Martin XO Special cognac - I dont drink, Can I sell them or do I have to give away?

Ive kept 11 bottles of 375 ML remy martin XO special addition.

But I dont drink the stuff.

I collected them in Vegas one week when all things were comped.

Now, 10 years later, I stumbled upon them.

DO I need a liquour license to get rid of them?

i dont know if I can seel them on ebay, or to a wine distributor.

750 ML goes for close to $140, I have smaller bottles you cant even find anymore.

Anyone know what laws are about this?|||i'm pretty sure you need a liquor licensee to sell any type of liquor and probably a tax stamp. You might consider an estate sale or auction house as a 3rd party broker to conduct the sale in which case they assume all transaction liability.|||I don't think you will have a problem shifting them. Try calling your local newspapers to see if they will list them. I would love to buy them but the import laws in U.K are way too strict and I would have to pay loads of duty. Shame that I love Remy.|||good question. i'd put an ad in the paper to sell 'em or u can mail them to me.....i'll pay for shipping
